Hmm, the one about the third graders is rattling. As a former teacher who dodged water balloon missiles, I know that it’s very dicey to act as disciplinarian in a cultural vacuum.
i would also be interested in hearing the reaction of the parents of those students. how many are going to defend their child’s actions and protest at any attempt at therapy or punishment?
