I detest porn as much as cultural cliches, but I don’t know what to do about it from a legal standpoint. Catherine Mackinnon is one legal eagle who has not shied away from the First Amendment battle (since the late 80’s). No doubt you’re familiar with the arguments she makes on the grounds of sexual harassment and human rights (re. trafficking).
